The Locker of Memories belongs to Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. It just appears in the episode Back to the Past. There are shelves with old stuff in it. In that episode, Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy show this Locker to SpongeBob and Patrick, because they helped push up the Invisible Boatmobile for them.
