French Narrator
The French Narrator is the narrator who "appears" in every season. His real name is unknown.

- In the episode No Free Rides, the fourth wall is broken when SpongeBob bashes his boat into the French Narrator. You can then see half of his body on the ground.
- In the episode Can You Spare a Dime?, apparently they had to hire a new narrator.
- In the episode Mimic Madness, SpongeBob mimics the French Narrator by reading the time card. The Narrator responds by calling SpongeBob's mimicry "very annoying." This breaks the fourth wall as the Narrator is actually talking to SpongeBob.
- In the episode Feral Friends, the French Narrator plays a very major role. Here, he is seen with diving gear looking similar to that of the Cyclops. It is also shown that he has a submarine.
