Plot

The spin-off takes place in the Kelp Forest at a summer sleepaway camp called Kamp Koral. The camp is run by Mr. Krabs, who lives in a cabin with his baby daughter Pearl. Pearl is very adventurous and likes to explore the camp, which can lead to trouble. More trouble is caused by the most enthusiastic camper, SpongeBob, who tries his best at each activity and ends up wreaking unintentional havoc. SpongeBob's bunkmates are his best friend Patrick, grumpy counselor-in-training Squidward, and science prodigy Sandy. SpongeBob's antics tend to annoy the camp's activity teacher, Mrs. Puff, who lives in a lighthouse in the middle of camp. Unbeknownst to the rest of the Kamp Koral crew, the camp chef Plankton has a secret laboratory under the camp, where his calculator assistant Karen helps him come up with wild inventions.
