The Krusty Krab Stand only appears in the episode Chum Caverns. It is a Krusty Krab stand used my SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs to lure in the customers from Plankton in the Chum Caverns.

It looks like a Hot Dog stand but has Krabby Patties standing on it and has an advertisement saying Krusty Krab on it indicating that the stand is owned by the Krusty Krab. It also has an umbrella on top of it to protect the Krabby Patties.
