SpongeBob cleans his kitchen and exercises, getting Patrick to join him. After exercising (SpongeBob lifts his weights while Patrick eats some Kelp Krunchies), they decide to have lunch at Weenie Hut Jr's and invite Squidward, who refuses. At Weenie Hut Jr's, SpongeBob and Patrick find two empty seats at the counter and decide to play "the spin-around-until-you-get-dizzy-and-fall-off-your-stool game." On the way home, they find a whale, which they assume is a brand-new golf course, and invite Sandy to play golf with them.
