Producer
The Producer just appears in the episode: Tentacle-Vision. After SpongeBob, Patrick, Sandy, Mr. Krabs, Plankton, and Pearl destroy and ruin the show Squidward Chat on Bikini Bottom Public Access, the producer comes in the door at Squidward's House. He says that the show got a lot of money. The producer proceeds to throw Squidward and 3 other fish out of the new show Squidward's House Party. It is unknown what the producer's real name is.

The producer is a blue fish. He wears a brown hat and a beard. He also wears a purple tie with a pink shirt and a brown coat.
