Betty is the fake name of the waitress in the Diner. She was only seen in the episode: Missing Identity. SpongeBob wonders if she lost her identity because she was using someone else's clothes (while her own clothes were at the cleaners).
Looks
"Betty" is obviously a fish and she has red bushy hair. Her physique is not shown but she does not look fit by her upper body look.
