Lou is an average shop clerk at the Barg'n Mart and other small stalls. He has changed from a happy person (From a photo SpongeBob has) to a bored, sad person. He likes it when SpongeBob leaves. Was more friendly when he sold Ice-Cream at Goo Lagoon.
Appearences in the Series
In Neptune's Spatula he told King Neptune that SpongeBob pulled the Spatula out of the grease. In Ripped Pants, he did not like the joke that SpongeBob told about the 'Banana Split' and 'Ripple'.
