She is a violet fish, who wears a reddish orange shirt and wears a nametag. Her real name is unknown at this time; she simply uses "Squidward" to refer to herself late in the episode.

She works at Bikini Bottom Realty, a place that sells houses.

When she was selling Squidward's House, Squidward has re-building SpongeBob's House because it was opposite day. Squidward's House failed to get sold because of his "annoying neighbors".
