Bert is a cameo character used in the episode Porous Pockets, mentioned by Harold. He appears to be Harold's friend as he always gives him money that Harold borrows. Bert might have a bad memory, because he accidentally called Harold by the name Bill.

Bert looks like an average person in Bikini Bottom. He has blue shades, a green t-shirt and orange pants. It is shown that he is a purple fish. He is also seen with a beard.
