After SpongeBob and Patrick fall into a trench inhabited by trenchbillies, they make them do weird tasks.

The name Trenchbillies is similar to Hillbillies.
The 1st time when SpongeBob and Patrick crashed into each other, when they landed, SpongeBob's teeth were not shattered anymore and Patrick's teeth grew back.
When Patrick used SpongeBob as a guitar, he sounded like the Jew's harp. So, SpongeBob and a Jew's harp combined make a Sponge harp.
This episode was released on the Legends of Bikini Bottom DVD before it aired.
When the trenchbilly played started tuning, he was making musical sentences. For example, when he strummed 5 times, it was like he said "Musical challenge", "Get an instrument", and "Yes, it's a challenge". And when he strummed 3 times, he is saying "You ready?" and "OK then."
2nd time SpongeBob was used as a guitar, the 1st time was in Rodeo Daze.
