The Telephone Repairman is a character featured in the movie PC Game.

He is fish who wears his uniform and a hat.

In Level 1, he is fixing the telephone wire at SpongeBob's house. He states he is very high-strung and has a problem with loud noises. SpongeBob scares him with his alarm clock and he runs away. In Level 3, you see him outside the Krusty Krab and you can turn on the loudspeaker to scare him away again.
