Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor. He starred in the short lived The Knights of Prosperity, an American Broadcasting Company (ABC) comedy. He is best known for his deep voice and portraying either villains or fat, good-natured African-American men. He is the voice of King Neptune from the episode: Party Pooper Pants.
