Carl is a small happy guy who was manager of the Krabby O Mondays. Squidward disliked him majorly because he was subliminary nasty.SpongeBob didnt exactly like him either after finding out the secret. Carl was very nice but in a bossy, selfish, control freak way. It is unknown what happned to him after Krabby O Mondays was shut down and turned back to the Krusty Krab. Carl must have been hired by Howard Blandy that completely owned the area to become the boss of the Krabby O Mondays.
