Brain Coral is in the episode Patrick SmartPants, in this episode Patrick and SpongeBob are Running in the Jellyfish Fields when Patrick runs straight through a sign and falls off the edge of a cliff when he lands Spongebob pulls Patrick out of the sand to find that the top of his head has fell off.
