Uncle Cap'n Blue is almost deaf, In the episode BlackJack, SpongeBob is trying to say he needs some help but Uncle Cap'n Blue hears SpongeBob wants to help him. He can drive and in that episode he owns a boat and gave SpongeBob a ride in his boat.
