He has a hat with a weenie on top, a uniform and he is a green fish with a bad expression on his face, but gets happier.
Appearance
SpongeBob asked him to be in the show, and he said okay if could wear his hat and sell weenies on set.

- He really likes his hat.
- He is never seen around town, but other Hot Dog Vendors are seen occasionally.
