The Jester is a "clown" that King Neptune uses for entertainment. He is featured in the movie PC Game.
Looks
He is a sea cucumber like Kevin. He wears a "thirty-seven cotton blend hat" and baggy clothes to entertain people.
Appearance
Plankton was asking him all these queations about "how to get into the throne room" and he thought Plankton was a "sea louse".
