The Shop Noses'N Things is a Nose and Ear Hospital in Bikini Bottom.It has 2 windows that look like eyes and has a metal nose. It just appears in the episode: No Nose Knows. It is Unknown if it will appear again in more future episodes. It is possible Squidward got his nose there. Patrick got his nose there because he wanted a nose in the above mentioned episode.
