Mermaidman and Barnacleboy IV is an episode from Season #3, it is paired with Doing Time. The plot focuses on SpongeBob finding Mermaidman's belt and finds out it has shrink power. Now, thanks to Spongebob's immense lack of intelligence, Bikini Bottom shrinks down to the size of Wumbo!
