The Shop Noses'N Things is a Nose and Ear Hospital in Bikini Bottom.It has 2 windows that look like eyes and has a metal nose. It just appears in the episode No Nose Knows. It is Unknown if it will appear again in more future episodes. It is possible Squidward got his nose there. Patrick got his nose there because he wanted a nose in the aforementioned episode.
