Charles Oscar William Piedmont Augustus Winthorp (or COWPAW) is a character featured in the movie PC Game in Level 5.

He looks very similar to the Biologist except that Charles is blue.

He is an explorer who tells SpongeBob about the "Crustacean Cavern" which has the "Corridors of Confusion", the "Pool of Perception" and the "Doors of Deception" in it, which he made up the names of. He has a very high IQ level, shown by his intelligent speaking.
