Seymour Scales
From SpongePedia, the First SpongeBob Wiki.
Seymour Scales is a shark from SpongeBob's Boating Bash.

He tricks SpongeBob into a D.R.I.V.E. learning course for boating so SpongeBob can get his license, but teaches him the wrong way to drive. He is a unlockable playable character in the game, and the main antagonist in the game.
