The Wishing Well was set up behind the Krusty Krab. Of course, this was only a scam by Mr. Krabs to get more money. Spongebob was put into the well to collect the money. Later, Spongebob and Patrick dug deeper to find the magic of the well. This granted wishes to Sandy, Mrs. Puff and even Plankton.

Looks
The well looks very similar to a regular water well. It is made with stones all the way to the bottom of the well. It has a small roof made of hay and there is a rpe that lets down a wooden bucket. Other than the stones, other bits are made of wood.
List of Wishes
There were a few wishes in the wishing well...
Sandy: Sandy wished for a huge telescope, one that can see underwater! she got her wish the next day and said that there is a full moon tonight!
Mrs. Puff: Mrs. Puff wished for a nice car, she wanted to be a hot rod mama! She also got her wish and drove past SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs.
Plankton: Plankton wished to bigger, at least to be bigger than his enemies to squash them for the vermin they are. His wish came true and he was massive the next day.
Mr.Krabs: Wished he was a boiled baked crab with butter-smoothed skin. The man with the The End napkin didn't eat him because Mr.Krabs stayed in the TV series.
Patrick: Wished Spongebob was here to see this!
Spongebob: Wished Squidward was with them together with Patrick.
Squidward: Wished to be really really far away. A bus going far far away hits him.
