The Power Within is an inspirational video that SpongeBob brought to the Flying Dutchman in the episode Ghost Host. SpongeBob calls the video "A Journey to Self-Awareness."

The video begins with a muscled man hitting a gong, followed by an eagle that flies past the screen. Then a gray hill is shown.
