Dr. Professor Patrick’s Signature
The Automatic Back Scratcher, Hair Comber, Nose Picker, and Ukulele Tuner 9000 is an invention built by Mr. Dr. Professor Patrick and SpongeBob. The machine was built to prevent Sandy from leaving Bikini Bottom. This machine can do all of the nice things that the name does itself, though it had some malfunctions. The machine was only seen in Chimps Ahoy.

- Scratches a person's back
- Combs a person's hair
- Picks a person's nose
- Feeds someone pudding
- Tunes a person's ukelele
- Make a pudding for a person.

- Throws them out of the seat into the mud.
- Lights their hair on fire.
- Smashes the ukulele on their head.
- Generally pounds them.
Trivia
- On the seat is a writting that says "Dr. Professur Patrick Rulez!"
