Excuse me, man.
According to the Nicktoons Racing instruction, it did not say Phil, Dil, or Doug Funnie in the playable character, they are fake unlock characters. They are not in the Nicktoons Racing instruction book. only 13 players (15 characters), not 15 players (18 characters). Someone fixed this? [1] [2] [3]
