Pecos Patrick is Patrick's ancestor and SpongeBuck's idiot friend. Pecos Patrick first appeared in episode The Pest of the West. Pecos Patrick is always there for SpongeBuck and the two become best friends.

Pecos Patrick is a starfish. He is very similar to Patrick but he where's a western style clothing and he has only one tooth.
