Patchy the Pirate is the president of the SpongeBob SquarePants Fan Club, and is done by Tom Kenny. he has a parrot named Potty, and is more commonly seen in Spongebob specials or a certain time period prior to one. Patchy also writes letters to kids in SpongeBob DVDs.Tom Kenny usually wears glasses,but when portraying Patchy,he's not.
