Mayor Of Bikini Bottom was seen in the episode: The Great Snail Race and Doing Time.
In the great snail race, the mayor speaks to the crowd and announces Larry Luciano to the stage to light the fire. Larry was so slow that the Mayor had to grab Larry and put him next to the fire so the race could begin. In Doing Time (Episode) he was about to open the unfinished bridge but SpongeBob and Mrs. Puff crash through it.
