KelpShake
KelpShake is a poisonous diseaseful drink that played a big part in the episode: Best Frenemies. The drink is called KelpShake and the store is called KelpShake. They share the name.
The Restaurant
The Store is a building that is green and it is in a shape of the drink: KelpShake. It served as competition to the Krusty Krab for a short time. Inside the restaurant it is a basic interior. With tiled floors, a counter, chairs and a big line. They were placed all over Bikini Bottom in random places. The Logo basically displays KELPSHAKE. it is in a red font
The Drink
The drink was very popular and somewhat tasty and everyone had one. The drink contained a straw. It was proven that the drunk was 99% kelp and the remaining percent was a poisonus liquid that made you hairy and green and obviously ugly. The phenomenon of a drink was then banned and taken off the franchising market.The drink will contanminate people similar to the book The Voice in the Night and the Toho Ltd. 1964 film Matango:Attack of the Mushroom People.
Victims
In the end of Best Frenemies, SpongeBob, Mr. Krabs, and Plankton were the only ones seen on broadcast being the Kelp Monster Victims of the Kelpshake. However, Spongebob doesn't think that the kelpshakes turned him into a green seaweed monster. The body changing of the Kelpshake will make you look like a gorilla, and even your clothes, socks, underwear, and shoes will become green kelp too. After Spongebob yells They've closed down the KELP-Shake RESTAURANTS!,you can see very good detailed shots of how you will look like after drinking the Kelpshake. This would mean that Bikini Bottom would go on a rampage similar to Patty Hype or Once Bitten. We DO know that Squidward, Pearl, Tom, Fred, House Realtor, Monroe, Old Man Jenkins, Old Lady, Nancy, and all the other fish have drunk the KelpShake.
Mr. Krabs and Plankton wanted to find out the secret about the KelpShake. Pearl said that you can't have just one. so they had to 'Buy' one.
