In the end of [[Best Frenemies]], [[SpongeBob]], [[Mr. Krabs]] and [[Plankton]] were the only ones seen being the Kelp Monster Victims of the Kelp Shake. So obviously it happened to Pearl, Squidward, and everyone else in Bikini Bottom that drank it. The body changing of the KelpShake will make you look similar to a fat, green, hairy gorilla, and your clothes, socks, underwear, and shoes will rip out of your body because of the hair, but have never been seen ripping out.

There is one weird fact. When everyone in Bikini Bottom drank the Kelp Shake, it took them 2 days to transform. However, when [[Mr. Krabs]] and [[Plankton]] drank it, it took 50 seconds. It's possibly because of the size. In this episode Mr.Krabs and Plankton actually share the same straw....
