Patrick's Inflatable Pants are a pair of pants that appeared in the episodes Patty Hype, The Sponge Who Could Fly, and Karate Star.
Looks
They resemble Patrick's normal shorts exactly, except that these have a built in function that allows them to instantly inflate outwards a few feet, easily enveloping most of Patrick.
In Patty Hype, Patrick wore two pairs of these that appear to be identical. He inflates the first pair during a conversation with him and Spongebob about their underappreciated ideas. They inflate via a handle on the butt, expanding out a few feet and causing Patrick to float upside down, with the pants puffing up enough to cover most of his face.
