The Health Inspector Yellowtail is seen in episodes Nasty Patty, The Krabby Kronicle, and Greasy Buffoons. He is responsible for checking restaurants on their food and background and is also responsible for passing them. He is just about to eat SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs' Nasty Patty until he chokes on a fly and falls unconscious. They attempt to bury him, but the mud erodes and end up hurting him some more. He later passes the Krusty Krab to avoid getting hit again by the police officers.
Looks
He has purple skin, a hat and wears a Health Inspector badge on his suit. He also has a fork in his pocket which opens like a pen.
