Hair in a Can is a spray that makes hair grow very quick. It only appears in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie. King Neptune owns this spray. In the Movie King Neptune's slave was supposed to spray this on Neptune's bald head, but it then ended in his eyes. it is brown frizy hair (watching the scene in the movie shows neptunes lack of patience)
