Grubby Grouper is a fish that was shortly seen in the episode: Bubble Buddy. He is a famous surfer and he confronts Pearl and her friends in a boat. He shakes his dirty hand with Pearl and Pearl says that she will never wash the fin although Bubble Buddy ends up washing the fin.
Looks
Grubby Grouper is an old washed up guy. He is covered in dirt. Wears a very countryish hat and has a lot of rubble on his face.

- In the only episode he appeared in, he was played by Corky Caroll.
