Margie is a Starfish that is the mother of Patrick. She is physically seen in the episode: I'm with Stupid, when she was identified as Patrick's real parents. She is married to Herb (Patrick's Father) and they most likely live together. She was seen again in Rule of Dumb. She is mentioned in the Sponge Bob movie Video game and makes a cameo as one of the townsfolk in "Creature from the Krusty Krab".

Just like her husband,Margie is overweight.She has a big top-dress that is the same in design and color as Patrick's pants. She has lovely black hair with a light shade of a purplish blue. She has a violet red flower bow in her long hair. It is estimated that she is about late 40-early 60 years old. Her color of body is pink like the rest of the family.
