Plot

Mr Krabs is on the phone. Spongebob hears him say that he will get rid of "The Little Guy". Spongebob thinks it is either him or Squidward. He tries to prove Squidward's the little guy. Spongebob notices that HE is the little guy NOT SQUIDWARD! Spongebob quits and goes out to be a Model Sponge. He gets the job and doesn't practice at all. Meanwhile, it turns out he is NOT the little guy and that it is just a scallop going, not Spongebob or Squidward. Spongebob goes back to do his new job as a Model Sponge. He finds out his job is to scrub bathrooms. It is just a commercial for a sponge product called "New Sponge!".

Trivia/Goofs

Drinkable Sausage is seen in this episode for the first time.
Hans appears in this episode after being absent for a long time. His look is more updated than his past episodes.
The cameraman from Picture Day appears in this episode.
In this episode SpongeBob dosen't like it when Hans uses him, but in Suds he enjoys being used by Hans. This is probably because he was used to clean an entire bathroom, not someone's (Probably Tom Kenny's) back or a floor or a car.
This is the second time a card (or money) house is built. The first time is in Big Pink Loser.
A chair falls over by itself in the Chum Bucket.
This is the second time a hook pulls away spongeBob's pants. The first was Hooky
