The Newspaper
New Kelp Times is a Newspaper that just appeared in the Episode: What Ever Happened to SpongeBob?. The Newspaper is in New Kelp City.
Sandy found it with Squidward and Patrick an einer Shop. Patrick thought SpongeBob was trapped in the Newspaper becuase of the picture of him, and he then throws a Brick at the Newspaper Machine. On the front there is a picture of SpongeBob that he is the new Mayor of New Kelp City. It just had one appearance.
