The Cramp is a dance that either Patrick or Squidward made up.It has been danced in the episode, Slimy Dancing.
Origin
The Cramp originated from Squidward and Patrick's pain. During Squidward and SpongeBob's performance, Squidward got a cramp. He started rolling around in pain and people thought it was a great dance. This is similar with Patrick. Patrick was dancing around in pain.
