Occupation: Fry cook at the Krusty Krab

The star of the show. He works at the Krusty Krab restaurant. SpongeBob enjoys jellyfishing at Jellyfish Fields with his best friend Patrick the Starfish. He's always happy.

Patrick Star

Occupation: Doing nothing

Patrick enjoys doing everything that Spongebob does. He is the dumbest creature under the sea. He is a great friend to SpongeBob.

Sandy Cheeks

Occupation: Scientist

Since she's a land creature who need a pressurized suit to live under the water. She plays a lot of extreme sports. Both her and Spongebob love Karate.

Squidward Tentacles

Occupation: Cashier at Krusty Krab Restaurant

He is a boring squid who's main hobby is playing his clarinet but he's terrible at it. He also spends a lot of time making art. He thinks Spongebob and Patrick are very annoying because they constantly pester him.

Gary

Occupation: Super Genius/Pet

Gary is SpongeBob's pet sea snail who meows like a cat.. He may look dumb, but he might be smarter than the rest of Bikini Bottom. He keeps cool underpressure and has a solution for every problem. For more Detailed information about Gary the Snail Click here

Eugene H. Krabs

Occupation: Owner of Krusty Krab Restaurant

He is the employer of Spongebob and Squidward. He is known for being extremely cheap but care alot about SpongeBob's welfare.

Bubble Bass

Occupation: A no-good person.

He's only been in a few episodes, but he's mean, nasty, and an all-around hated character.

Plankton

Occupation: Owner of Chum Bucket Restaurant

Nobody ever eats at the Chum Bucket Restaurant, so Plankton is trying to steal the Krabby Patty recipe from the Krabby Patty.

Larry T. Lobster

Occupation: Lifeguard

Larry's a strong muscular lobster who spends all his time at the beach. He's popular with the ladies and he's always lifting weights.

Jellyfish

Occupation: Making jelly.

Jellyfish roam around in groups making jelly and stinging anything that gets in thier way. There are different kinds of jellyfish including normal, queen, king, albino, and prehistoric. Jellyfishing is a sport enjoyed by SpongeBob and Patrick. spongebob picture Flats the Flounder

Flats the Flounder

Occupation: Bully

He's the bully of Boating School. He rarely talks, only known to speak in one episode of Spongebob Squarepants

Pearl Krabs

Occupation: Student

The big-boned daughter of Mr. Krabs. She's very popular and does everything to be even more popular. She does tend to cry often though.

Scooter

Occupation: Surfer Dude

This surfer dude hangs out at the beach and surfs. In the bubble buddy episode SpongeBob accidentally kills him!

Poppy Puff

Occupation: Driving School Instructor

Mrs. Puff is stuck with the impossible job of teaching SpongeBob how to drive a boat. SpongeBob's driving makes Mrs. Puff's life a nightmare. Every time he takes his drivers test, he crashes, causing Mrs. Puff to puff up.

Tom

Occupation: Bartender

He shows up in most of the Spongebob episodes but he rarely speaks. He's only spoken a few times in the show.

Mr. and Mrs. SquarePants

Occupation: SpongeBob's parents

They are SpongeBob's loving parents. Strangely they are shaped link real sponges. Not a lot is known about them because they aren't in the show much.

Mermaid Man

Occupation: Super-hero!

He's the underwater equivilent of Superman, only old. In his day, Mermaid Man saved the world from villains like Man Ray and the Dirty Bubble. He currently resides in the Shady Shoal's retirement home.

ManBarnacle

Occupation: Mermaid Man's side-kick.

Barnacle Boy is a 68-year old semi-retired superhero sidekick, although he still is more sane and aware than Mermaid Man. Barnacle Boy wears a white sailor cap, a black mask and a blue cape. He also wears a dark blue rubber gloves and boots and a red shirt and rubber black underwear.

Bubble Buddy

Occupation: Buddy

SpongeBob needed a friend, so he created Bubble Buddy. They went around annoying practically everything living in Bikini Bottom, so everyone ganged up to pop the bubble. Then, Bubble Buddy came to life and took a cab, a bubble cab, out of there

Lou

Occupation: Cashier

He's another one of those random characters who shows up with different roles in many episodes. He's most famous for being the cashier at Barg'n-Mart. SpongeBob has slowly taken the joy out of his life.

Don the Whale

Occupation: Body Builder

Don is one of the guys that hangs out at Mussle Beach lifting wieghts. He tough, but not as tough as Sandy, who beat him in an anchor-tossing competition.

DoodleBob

Occupation: Evil Clone

SpongeBob and Patrick found a magic pencil that brought thier drawings to life. SpongeBob used his artistic talent to draw a copy of himself. DoodleBob went insane and stole the magic pencil. Eventually, SpongeBob trapped DoodleBob on a piece of paper, ending it's riegn of terror.

Dirty Bubble

Occupation: Super Villain

He is a bubble gone bad... which is why he's dirty I assume. He has the power to trap people inside himself with his amazing surface tension, but his weakness is anything sharp.

Dennis Occupation: Assasin

Dennis, an assassin hired to take out SpongeBob and Patrick, rips off the mouths of mocking gas station attendants. In the SpongeBob SquarePants movie.
