Shell City
Shell City is the city that SpongeBob & Patrick embark on a journey to so they can retrieve King Neptune's Crown there in 6 days. It actually is a gift shop owned by a Cyclops (who is actually a deep-sea diver who owns the place and makes souviners out of the creatures he finds). They sell sundried marine animals. Shell City is above water and appeared in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie.
