Joy Buzzers

The Joy Buzzers are one of the pranks Frank sells at the Palace of Pranks. It consists of a bracelet that you tie to your hand with a button. Anyone that shakes hands with somebody wearing the Joy Buzzer presses the button and receives an eletro-shock.
Desing
The joy buzzer is only a gray bracelet with a red button that triggers the electro-shock.
