Atomic Flounder
The Atomic Flounder is a villain on the Adventures of Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy, is now retired, but SpongeBob did not believe it and ended up beating him up at a cross walk in Downtown Bikini Bottom, annoyed he shot his Atomic Breath right at Barnacle Boy and was severely burned. The Atomic Flounder seems to be the only villain that aged unlike ManRay, the Dirty Bubble and The Moth.
Looks
The Atomic Flounder is a very light colored flounder, with strange looking eyes and a green jumper. He has brown striped pants and wears a tiny hat and carries an umbrella.
