Gas Station Attendants
The Gas Station Attendants (both named Lloyd and Floyd) are characters featured in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie and the movie PC video game. They also appear in the console versions of the video game, albeit only as background characters. In the movie, only Lloyd's name is revealed, whereas in the PC Game both of them have actual names.

Looks
They are very hillbilly like and wear hats.
Attitude
They are very mean, but in the PC game they are just neutral.
Appearance in Movie
In the movie, they keep mocking the Patty Wagon, SpongeBob and Patrick saying "You dipsticks won't last ten seconds over the county line!" Later on, they see Dennis and they ask him "Does that hat take ten gallons?" Dennis promptly rips off their mouths. The attendants are never seen again afterward.
Appearance in PC Game
You see them at the County Line saying they went to Goofy Goober's Ice Cream Party Boat last night and got the sheet music for the Goofy Goober theme song to play on his harmonica. Lloyd gets upset because he said that Goofy Goober was his best friend.
Appearance in the console video games
The Gas Station Attendants stand laughing at you from beyond the county line, laughing and boasting.
