Frank is a guard who works at the Bikini Bottom Jail. He was only seen in Krabby Road showing a new guard around the prison.
Looks
Frank is yellow, he wears the traditional blue police guard outfit, and has a mostache(which was fake since it was Plankton in a disguise).

- This Frank is not to be confused with the cameo character Frank and the Frank that works at Palace of Pranks.
