The Fortune Teller only appeared in the episode New Leaf. He is the owner of a trust booth, He is hard to spot him because he's to the left of the trust booth, which Mr. Krabs and Plankton used. He (obviously) tells people their fortune.
Looks
He has a diamond on the big hat he wears and Asian clothes. He also has green skin.
