Plot

It all starts out of SpongeBob walking to the boating school and the students are cheering and SpongeBob thinks they are cheering for him, but they are cheering for the new student Tony Jr. When the son of the legendary race-car driver, Tony Fast Jr., begins attending Mrs. Puff's Boating School, SpongeBob gains helpful advice from him that makes driving easier for him. SpongeBob and Tony Fast Jr. went into the boat and drove, but things get chaotic when the two go for a drive around town in his father's racing boat. They burned Larry and squished Mrs. Puff. Then Tony Jr. got in trouble by his father when he saw him speeding really fast with SpongeBob. In the ending Mrs. Puff didn't leave Tony Jr. go to there class again.

Trivia/Goofs

The episode's name may be a reference to Hotshot, an Autobot from the Transformers franchise.
This is the second time SpongeBob learns from a different person about driving rather than Mrs. Puff. The first time was Mrs. Puff, You're Fired.
This is going to air in the SpongeBob Summer Marathon.
