Queen Mildew
Queen Mildew is Patrick Star's great-great-grandmother. She is married to King Amoeba.
Queen Mildew is believed to be the first Queen in Early Bikini Bottom. In the episode Rule of Dumb, it is revealed she and King Amoeba are in the beginning line of the royal family (Patrick's family). Only one of her offspring (kids), married, Princess Tulsa. Being a queen, she is royalty. Queen Mildew was a starfish queen, who is he great-great-grandmother of Patrick Star, little is known about her as she was only seen in one episode.
