Shady Shoals is an underwater retirement home for elderly creatures. Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy live there.
Design
The Shady Shoals Retirement home is like an average retirement home, it has a huge canteen which people eat from, showers and bedrooms. it is well refurbished and has many places of interest. The exterior though is very average.

- The Shady Shoals first appeared in the episode Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy.
- Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy lives here and other old sea creatures.
